Many of our products are products of nature. Minor differences in the products are inevitable since every product is unique. Colours may vary due to the graphical resolution, yet we still give our best to make it look true to the actual colour.
If there should be a defect with the product, e.g; transportation damage, the product/s may be returned. Damage proof is required (photographs) ideally also of the packaging. Purchase value and return costs will be refunded or a merchandise credit will be given. Return complaints must be placed within 48 hours after receiving the product and the customer must notify via email. If products do not turn out to be how it was originally desired, the product may be returned but return costs is the responsibility of the customer. The customer receives a merchandise credit.
We offer worldwide shipment. The order will be packed within 48 hours after payment and will be sent as registered transport. The location of the sent products can be located anytime with the Tracking Code. In case of not foreseen time delays, e.g; post strike or other strikes, we will immediately inform you or if given, we will rely on other shipping providers.
Please take note that you state the correct delivery address. If an incorrect delivery address is stated and the order is not delivered, the customer has no right for compensation.
If a problem with the order should occur, contact us and we will immediately try to solve the problem.
Between us and the customer, a purchase contract will only be made after payment.
